1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of layoutlabprints.com (the "site"), run by LayoutLab, Utrecht, the Netherlands. Contact: hello@layoutlabprints.com. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. Purchases go through Etsy
The site shows the LayoutLab collection and links to the matching listings on Etsy. You cannot buy anything on the site itself. Every purchase is made on Etsy and is covered by Etsy's Terms of Use and the shop policies shown on the LayoutLab Etsy shop. The price, the product description and the files you receive are as stated in the Etsy listing at the moment of purchase. Prices on this site are shown in euros for information; Etsy shows the current price, including any sale, in your own currency. If anything on this site differs from the Etsy listing, the Etsy listing applies.
3. Digital products
All products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped and frames are not included. Room images on this site and on Etsy are mockups that show the prints in a rendered interior. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printers.
4. Returns and faulty files
Because the files can be downloaded immediately after purchase, digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has started with your consent. If a file is damaged, missing or does not print as described, contact LayoutLab and you will receive a corrected file or a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.
5. Licence: personal use
When you buy a file, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to print it for your own home or as a gift, as often as you like. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files or prints made from them, either digitally or in print, or use them in products for sale. All designs remain the intellectual property of LayoutLab.
6. Content of this site
The texts, images, designs and logo on this site belong to LayoutLab and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Linking to the site is allowed.
LayoutLab takes care to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors. Links to Etsy, Pinterest and other websites are provided for convenience. LayoutLab is not responsible for the content of those websites.
7. Contact form
Do not use the contact form to send advertising, bulk messages or unlawful content. Messages that look like spam may be filtered automatically and are not answered.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LayoutLab is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
10. Changes
LayoutLab may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top.
