About this design
Twelve rings run from January in the centre to December at the edge, and the days 1 to 31 run clockwise around the wheel, so you can find any date at a glance. Each moon shows that day's real phase, calculated for 12:00 UTC as seen from the Northern Hemisphere. Gold rings mark the 12 full moons of 2027, a double ring marks the total solar eclipse of 2 August 2027, and the full moon dates are listed underneath.
Two versions are included: NIGHT (cream moons on midnight blue) and PAPER (graphite moons on warm off-white). A beautiful New Year gift for moon lovers, gardeners and stargazers, and a calm piece for a study, bedroom or hallway.
