About this design
Each skater follows a slow, smooth path, and the blades leave alternating left and right strokes that curve outwards. Two skaters turned circles, one stopped hard in a small spray of ice, and a few faint cracks run underneath. The pattern was simulated, not drawn.
White skate lines on soft blue-grey ice: quiet and wintry from across the room, full of fine detail up close. A calm winter piece for a hallway, bedroom or living room, and a sweet gift for anyone who loves skating.
